About Richard
Richard Bevan moved from England to America over 30 years ago and began importing furniture from Europe to his store in Morristown. Over the years he has supplied classic yet bold centerpieces and accents to homes throughout the area, and custom built many enduring items.
Prior to establishing Richard Bevan Furniture, Richard owned and operated one of the most respected ice cream brands in all of England (see pictures below)!
Now situated in his own building in the rural village of New Vernon, Richard enjoys working with clients and designers, and always carries a large stock of fine furniture. With regular shipments from England custom orders are built and shipped within a six week period, and port clearance and home delivery is all handled by Richard Bevan Furniture. He offers a full upholstery service, both building new pieces or reupholstering an old favorite, in home furniture repair and polishing service, and delivery and furniture rearranging.
